Überall dort, wo keine schnelle qualifizierte Hilfe durch Fachkräfte zu erwarten ist, kann Akupunktur und Akupressur als erste fakultative Sofortmaßnahme (F = das große F im ABCDEF-Schema) zur Anwendung kommen. Z. B. Dünndarm 2, Kiefergelenk, heißt nach Dr. Jochen Gleditsch auch der Mundöffnungspunkt und entspannt die Massetermuskulatur schnell und zuverlässig.
